Mary Kay Cosmetics (UK) Ltd, stands behind its products sold by its Independent Beauty Consultants in the UK.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Mary Kay product, it will be replaced, exchanged or the full purchase price refunded following its return to the authorized Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.  This guarantee is of indefinite duration and does not affect your statutory rights.Your Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant is just a phone call away.  For reorders or exercise of guarantee, you must notify your Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.  If your Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant is no longer active, please return the goods with this Sales Receipt to the Customer Services Department, Mary Kay Cosmetics (UK) Ltd, 163 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BU.  Please note that the Company is unable to make refunds unless this form is fully completed by the authorized Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.  This Sales Receipt confirms your contract to buy products from the Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant identified overleaf.  Delivery will normally be within 30 days or less of your order.

WC2E 9DP or visit the DSA website: www.dsa.org.uk who operates a Dispute Resolution Service for any Customer who is still not satisfied.
