If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Mary Kay® product, it will be replaced without charge, exchanged or the full purchase price refunded following its return to your authorised Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant or, if she is no longer active, to the Company with proof of purchase.

Mary Kay Ltd. is sitting pretty as No. 1 on the Brand Keys 2010 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index in both the Cosmetics (Mass Merchandiser) and Moisturising Skin Care (Mass Merchandiser) categories! According to the Brand Keys press release, winners "are those brands best able to engage consumers and create loyal customers." The current index, according to Brand Keys, examines consumers' relationships with 518 brands in 71 categories.
