Q: What causes cellulite?
A. No one knows for sure what causes it, but there are several theories:

The primary theory states that cellulite dimples appear when superficial fat deposits under the skin swell up and push into the dermis, causing the orange-peel appearance. |

Connective tissues stiffen and contract, tugging down where they connect to the skin’s surface, creating a dimple. |

Excess fluid builds up beneath the dermis; this swelling contributes to the orange-peel appearance. |
Contrary to popular belief, cellulite is not related to obesity since it occurs in overweight, normal and thin women.

Q: How do I apply the TimeWise® Cellu-Shape™ Contouring System products?
A: In the morning, apply TimeWise® Cellu-Shape™ Daytime Body Moisturiser over entire body just like you would any other body moisturizer, avoiding the face.
In the evening, apply TimeWise® Cellu-Shape™ Nighttime Body Gel to cellulite-prone areas. These might include thighs, hips, buttocks, stomach and upper arms.
There’s no need for heavy-duty rubbing. Gently massage the products into the skin as you would any other body lotion. These products provide hours of moisturisation. However, if you choose to apply an additional moisturiser, wait until after you’ve applied the TimeWise® Cellu-Shape™ Contouring System products.
